Vertical Jump Training.
I’m going in the first three aspects that are most important in a training program vertical. These are the three things you need for you, for maximum explosion pressure.
Variables in a vertical jump program work together in a synergistic effect. If you use a variable of the process, it might help you, in another aspect. As you all aspects of improving the training jump, you will see that all components of this collaboration.
